Hotel Zagreb on Sarajevo's Marijin Dvor — a historic building and national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina — was rebuilt and restored with Neimari d.o.o. as the main contractor. The structure, heavily damaged during the war, was returned to its original form with full conservation care: matching the original height, number of floors, window layout and facade.
The building was raised at the end of the 19th century to a design by the prominent Sarajevo architect Karl Paržik, changing use and owners through its history before becoming a hotel. The Commission to Preserve National Monuments of BiH declared it a national monument in 2011. Restoration was carried out in two phases under the expert conservation oversight of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, with construction supervision by G.D. Arhitekt d.o.o. of Mostar, for investor Mobis Elektronica. Neimari led the full execution — from dismantling and structural rehabilitation to reconstructing the facade to the original specifications.
